Location - great, close to center, everything around is in walking distance, if not there is tram stop close to Hotel, train station really close by walk. Room - was smaller than expected, not that much space to store clothes. Bathroom - great, clean. Terrace - was great to have place to sit, nice view. Missing some box with blankets, if the weather is cold.

The room was spacious and it had all the things that I need. I had to make a short notice reservation and they have immediately accepted my reservation. I loved that they have nespresso machine in the room. The rooms organization was great. There were plenty of areas to organize your stuff. I had no issue with noise. The bed was comfortable. I was in Nice for short solo trip for Three days. I enjoyed the breakfast. It had all the basics for a proper breakfast. I also enjoyed that they are offering coffee and tea in the breakfast area in the afternoon. I would definitely book here if I visit nice once more.

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at this hotel. Its prime location is close to shopping, the beach, and convenient transportation options made exploring the area effortless. The hotel itself was spotless and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist, which truly enhanced my experience. Additionally, the breakfast was very delicious, and you could have it added to your room for a satisfying start to the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient, clean, and friendly place to stay!

Great location - on street parallel to main street but still secluded. Access to the very pleasant roof terrace. Very friendly staff, complimentary citrus water in the lobby, complimentary water bottles on check-out, and coffee/tea from 2-6pm in the dining room. Spacious room with French balcony and comfy bed; water kettle in the room. Anything you lack/need, Reception will provide :)

I have stayed in many hotels, but I have never had an experience with so caring and engaged personnel. Thanks a lot to Anastasia, who made our stay exceptional. Clean rooms, new bathrooms, great sound isolation, firm mattress. The elevator is another plus. Location is great, main attractions are within walking distance, but also great access to public transport. The front desk is open all the time, we appreciated additional services like the possibility to leave bags after checkout & afternoon tea. I would stay again here.

Very nice hotel. Located at 7 minutes walking from Nice train station. Very charming hotel with elevators and a rooftop where you can have a nice view of the city and admire the sunrise/ sunset. Breakfast was top-notch with some homemade foods, fresh squeeze orange juice. Lot of choices for breakfast. Location great for the price. Room was cleaned and bed comfortable. Will definitely go back.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location — right in the city centre and close to the train station. The breakfast is delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice and a good selection of French cheeses. There is also a lovely roof terrace where you can relax. The staff are friendly and helpful. We can highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The hotel staff is wonderful and super friendly. The rooms are clean and with a lot of light. Rooms are cleaned every morning. The bathroom is not big, but it is clean and meets all needs. Breakfast is fantastic! I almost never saw a better one! Breakfast is like being in a 5-star hotel. The location is also perfect. The train station is very close as is the main street in Nica.The hotel is highly recommended and we will definitely stay there again. Big greetings to the staff and girls from the kitchen!

Everything--from the grapefruit-infused water available to guests in the lobby all the way up to the rooftop terrace. The staff were lovely, from the first smile I received upon walking through the door to the bottle of water thrust into my hand as I said my last goodbye. I had just come from a "four-star" hotel where I found the staff rude and unwelcoming, so the contrast to this gem of a hotel was particularly striking. I'd recommend that everyone in the hospitality business study Hotel Byakko's business model. They seem to understand everything a weary traveler needs for a marvelous stay.
